Anne has worked for more than 32 years for Wolcott Water Systems. As part owner she makes decisions on purchases and the major needs for the company. Anne manages the finances and tracks shipments. In the daily operations, Anne works with her team to support all customer needs.

Jane graduated form the University of Missouri and has been with Wolcott Water Systems for over 32 years. As part owner she is responsible for customer service, invoicing, tracking orders and assisting with customer acquisition. Jane maintains relationships with our suppliers and customers.

David has been with Wolcott Water Systems for 15 years and manages the sales department. He is instrumental in growing revenue and managing relationships with customers. He is a top performer for the company and is pivotal in creating new business and making customers happy.

Steve joined Wolcott Water Systems in 2020 to manage telesales. His rich history in ion exchange resin sales is an enormous asset for the team. Steve is a great technical troubleshooter for equipment and water industry applications with decades in experience.

Mary graduated from the University of Missouri and has been with Wolcott Water Systems for 20 years. Mary coordinates logistics and oversees all warehouse shipments. She also manages invoicing and customer service. She strives to get the best prices and timely delivery.

Ron has been with Wolcott Water Systems for over 10 years and manages the daily warehouse operations. Ron ensures the warehouse stays very organized and oversees all paperwork and deliveries from start to finish. Ron is instrumental in all physical inventory and maintaining all deliveries in a timely and safe manner.

Elliana graduated from Northwest Community College and is the newest member of the Wolcott Team. She plays a vital part in maintaining the warehouse and assisting Ron with all paper work and inventory. She is responsible for loading and unloading all shipments and keeping the inventory organized.

Daniel graduated from Central Methodist University with a degree in Marketing and has joined Wolcott Water Systems this year. He manages the database and assists with gathering information needed for sales decisions and market research. He also assists with troubleshooting IT issues for the company.
